Eligibility Criteria for UCEED Exam 2025
The following are the UCEED eligibility criteria 2025 to apply for the exam.
- Applicants belonging to the OBC-NCL category must be born on or after Oct 1, 1998. Moreover, SC/ST/PWD category applicants must be born after Oct 1, 1993.
- An applicant can appear for the exam 2 times (maximum limit) in consecutive years.
- Applicants must have passed class 12th/equivalent in 2024 or should be appearing in 2025.
- Candidates from all streams can apply for the UCEED entrance exam.
To apply for B.Des after UCEED 2025, one must meet the following requirements:
- To apply for B.Des, students belonging to the OBC-NCL category must be born on or after Oct 1, 1998. ST/SC/PwD category students should be born on or after Oct 1, 1993.
- Students must have achieved the qualified rank in UCEED 2025.
- Candidates should have passed 12th grade or equivalent in 2022 or must be appearing in 2025.
- Students from all streams are eligible to apply for the UCEED 2025 exam.
- Science stream candidates with physics, maths, and chemistry can apply for admission to IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Guwahati, and IITDM Jabalpur.
- A candidate from a stream other than science is eligible to apply to IIT Bombay and IIITDM Jabalpur only.
