• IIT Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 timetable on their official website (gate2025.iitr.ac.in). The exam will be held in two sessions over the weekends from February 1 to 16, 2025. The morning session will take place from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, while the afternoon session will be scheduled from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.​

• NTA has released the JEE Main 2025 Exam Dates. The first session exam dates are January 22 to January 31, 2025, and the second session is scheduled from April 1 to April 8, 2025.
• UCEED 2025 registrations with a late fee will end on November 08, 2025, for B.Des admission 2025. The UCEED 2025 exam will be held on January 19, 2025.
• Registrations for CEED 2025 with a late fee will close on November 08, 2024, for M.Des admission 2025. The CEED 2025 exam will take place on January 19, 2025.
• IIT JAM 2025 exam will be conducted on February 02, 2025, for admission to the M.Sc program.

IIT Hyderabad was established in 2008 with technical and financial assistance from the Government of Japan. The Institute offers nine undergraduate programs, 20 postgraduate programs, 5 M.Phil programs, and Ph.D. programs in all branches of science, engineering, design, and liberal arts.

IIT Hyderabad admission 2025 for the B.Tech program will soon begin. The institute accepts JEE Advance scores for B.Tech, UCEED and CEED scores for UG and PG courses in Design, and GATE scores for admission in PhD programs. 

The institute ranked 12th overall and 8th in engineering by NIRF ranking 2024. It also offers science, design, and arts stream courses such as M.Sc, MA, B.des, etc. The GATE Cutoff is the deciding factor for M.Tech admissions. The institute has around 200 faculty members and 2846 students currently enrolled, with a good student-faculty ratio of 1:13. Most faculty members on this campus are PhD holders with good industry experience in their respective subjects.

IIT Hyderabad Admission

IIT Hyderabad admission 2025 is based on national entrance examinations like JEE Advanced/GATE/UCEED. Students can be admitted by filling up the online application form with the correct details on the official website. Admissions will be open after the results of qualifying exams are announced. B.Tech and M.Tech admission depend upon the eligibility and valid test scores of the JEE Mains/Advanced and GATE examinations, respectively. 

Admission to the M.Des course is based on eligibility criteria and the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) scores.

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• A candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 75% marks with physics, chemistry, and mathematics or biology as the main subjects.

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech or M.Sc degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
• A valid test score in the GATE exam.

MA Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should have a Bachelor's equivalent from a recognized university, in any discipline, with a minimum of 50% marks and 45% marks for SC/ST/PD candidates.
