IIT Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 timetable on their official website (gate2025.iitr.ac.in). The exam will be held in two sessions over the weekends from February 1 to 16, 2025. The morning session will take place from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, while the afternoon session will be scheduled from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.​

• The registrations for the first session of the JEE Main 2025 are currently open. Interested candidates can register until November 22, 2024.
• Also, the application form for the first session of the JEE Main 2025 examination has been released.  The candidates can find the registration link on the official website.
• The JEE Mains 2025 Session-1 will be conducted between January 22 and January 31, 2025.
• Registration for CEED 2025 for the IIT Guwahati admissions to the M.Des program is currently ongoing. Candidates who have not yet registered can apply with a late fee until November 18, 2024.

IIT Guwahati, or the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, abbreviated as IITG, was established in 1994. It is the sixth member of the IITs. The institute has secured 7th place in the engineering category and 9th in the overall classification by NIRF ranking 2024. Admission for the B.Tech course is based on JEE Advanced scores. Admission to M.Tech courses will be based on the GATE cutoff.

The institute also offers science and Arts stream courses such as M.Sc and MA. IIT Guwahati Admission

IIT Guwahati admission 2024 is based on the scores of national-level entrance examinations like JEE/GATE/CEED/UCEED/JAM. The admission process is initiated by filling out the online application form with the correct details. The college M.Tech admission 2024 depends upon the eligibility and valid GATE cutoff. PhD admission in 2024 depends on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering(GATE) examination marks. After the written examination qualification, students must appear for a personal interview.

IIT Guwahati Eligibility Criteria

IIT Guwahati offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in engineering, design, etc. Admission is based upon strict eligibility criteria and students failing to fulfill the criteria are not allowed to take admission. B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination and have 75% marks(70% marks for SC/ST category students) in chemistry, mathematics, physics,  a language, and any subject other than these from a recognized board 
• The candidate should have a valid test score of JEE Mains followed by JEE Advanced

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should have passed the B.Tech degree program with relevant subjects from a recognized university with an aggregate of 60% marks and 5% relaxation is given to ST/SC and PwD candidates
• A valid test score in the GATE exam

PhD Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate should have passed a master's degree in relevant fields with a minimum CPI of either 60% of marks or 6.0. A relaxation of 5% or 0.5 CPI is given to ST/SC/PwD candidates
• A valid test score in the GATE exam
