UCEED Application Form 2025 window started on Oct 1, 2024. Interested candidates could apply for the UCEED 2025 application form at uceedapp.iitb.ac.in. The last date to fill out the application form was Oct 31, 2024. However, the registration closed with a late fee on Nov 18, 2024.

Before applying for the exam, candidates were advised to check the UCEED eligibility criteria 2025. Admissions to the Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programs at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIITDM Jabalpur, and other UCEED accepting colleges is based on the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED). UCEED Registration 2025 Step-By-Step Procedure

The UCEED exam registration 2025 was released on Oct 1, 2024. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to fill out the UCEED 2025 application form and apply for the exam. 

UCEED Registration 2025 Step 1- Filling Out The Application Form

• To fill out the UCEED form, candidates need to first visit the official website and create their login credentials. UCEED registration ID is created once candidates provide their name, mobile number, date of birth, and email ID.
• As and when the candidates provide these details, they will receive an email from IIT Bombay on their registered email ID, which will contain their application number and password. The exact details will also be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number. The candidates can also check their UCEED application status with these credentials.
• Fill in the Personal Details: Once the candidates have successfully created their registration ID, they need to visit the official website again, log in with their application number and password, and fill in the following details in each field. The details that need to be provided are listed below.

  • Alternate Email ID

• Provide Information Regarding Educational Qualification: Candidates must also provide information regarding their educational qualifications. The details that need to be provided are listed below.

• Selection of Test Centres: Aspirants need to select three test city choices where they want to appear for the UCEED exam 2025. Candidates need to mention their first, second, and third preference for UCEED exam centres. Once the application form is submitted, no request for a change in the test city is entertained.

UCEED Registration 2025 Step 3- Paying Application Fees

• The next step after filling out the application form is to pay the UCEED exam fees. The candidates must pay the application fee as per their category from the website.

UCEED Registration 2025 Step 4- Accepting The Declaration

• At last, the candidates will be able to download the declaration form from the website itself. The declaration form will contain all the details such as the candidate's name, candidate registration number, address, and exam details.

UCEED Registration 2025- Retrieving Forgotten Enrollment ID or Password

In case the candidates have forgotten their UCEED enrollment ID or password, they can check their declaration form. The declaration form contains all the details concerning the application ID and password. Or else, the candidates can also check their registered mail ID or mobile number. The conducting authority sends the login credentials to them as well.

UCEED Registration 2025- List Of Key Documents

Below is a list of certificates and other documents to be uploaded at the time of online registration for UCEED exam. The certificates must be in the Central Government format as in the appendices below.

• A recent colour photograph of a full frontal (face) view, with the head centred in the frame covering 70–80% of the photograph and taken within the last six months. The photograph should be such that it allows unambiguous identification of the candidate (only JPEG image formats with file extension .jpg will be accepted)
• A scanned copy of the candidate's full signature on white paper (only JPEG image formats with file extension .jpg will be accepted)
• Qualifying examination certificate, if appeared in 2020 (only PDF formats with file extension .pdf will be accepted)
• For candidates appearing in 2025 for the board exam, a certificate from the school/college principal in the given format should be uploaded (only PDF formats with file extension .pdf will be accepted). If the name is not the same as in the Class XII certificate, a gazette notification showing the change of name (only PDF formats with file extension .pdf) will be accepted. How to Fill UCEED B.Des Application Form at Participating Institutes?

As part of the UCEED admission process 2025, the candidates must also fill out the B.Des (Bachelor of Design) application form of the participating institute. Candidates who pass the UCEED entrance exam 2025, must follow the requirements outlined below to get admission to one of the four participating colleges.

B.Des Application Form Fee

To complete the UCEED application process, the candidates must pay the application fee. The UCEED application fee is INR 2,000. Candidates can pay the application fee through credit card/debit card/internet banking.

UCEED 2025 Registration Form Correction Fees

The candidates are advised to be very focused while filling out the application form, as there is no provision for UCEED form correction 2025. The commission charges INR 1800 for National candidates and the amount shall not be returned in case the form is rejected. There is no application edit window provision as well. Thus, make sure to re-check the details filled in order to avoid any last-minute debarment.

What After UCEED Application Form 2025?

Once the UCEED application forms are filled, the candidates are advised to check their approval or rejection status. There is no further step to be followed after the form filling. The commission has already announced the UCEED Exam Dates 2025 and thus the candidates can start their preparation. The admit card release shall be announced and the link will be activated on the official website for download.
