• The good news is that there is no need to worry about the admin key in JEE Advanced, as the official portal was undergoing maintenance during that period. This issue was resolved later on, and candidates were able to download their admit cards.
• In the opinion of experts, this snag could have occurred due to high levels of internet traffic, necessitating some website maintenance.
