AIBE Qualifying marks 2024 for General and OBC category candidates is 42 out of 100, while the reserved categories such as SC and ST candidates must bring 37 out of 100 to qualify for the examination. The Bar Council of India conducts the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) annually for candidates who wish to practise law in India.

The General/OBC category's AIBE 19 qualifying marks have been updated for the AIBE 2024 exam. The BCI raised the AIBE qualifying marks for candidates in the general category from 40% to 45%. In order to pass the exam, individuals from SC and ST categories must receive 37% of the possible marks. For the OBC category, the AIBE 19 qualifying marks 2024 is 42%.

The AIBE qualifying marks cutoff is the minimum marks candidates must get to qualify for the exam. The qualifying marks for AIBE is determined by the Bar Council of India.

AIBE Qualifying Marks 2024

The Bar Council of India will conduct the All India Bar Examination. AIBE qualifying marks is the minimum passing marks candidates must secure to practise law in India. The qualifying marks for AIBE XIX is 40% for the general category and 35% for SC and ST candidates.

Candidates who fail to bring the qualifying AIBE passing marks can attempt the examination any number of times.
