AIBE XIX (19) eligibility criteria 2024 is set by the Bar Council of India. Candidates must have a 5-year/3-year LLB degree to apply for the exam. Only eligible candidates will be issued admit cards and allowed to attempt AIBE XIX (19) 2024. Based on the AIBE eligibility criteria, there is no upper age limit to appear for the exam. Candidates are advised to go through the AIBE XIX (19) syllabus 2024.
AIBE 19 exam date 2024 is Dec 22, 2024. Candidates who are in their last year of an LLB or BA LLB program are also eligible to appear for the All India Bar Examination starting this year, following the updated AIBE 2024 eligibility criteria. AIBE XIX (19) Eligibility for Obtaining COP
The All India Bar Examination will declare the candidate as qualified for the AIBE XIX (19) exam only when the test takers have scored minimum marks in the AIBE exam. For qualified candidates, a Certificate of Practice (COP) will be issued.
The minimum marks to be scored by the candidate are based on the categories to which they belong. The general category candidates must score a minimum of 40% out of the total score, while the reserved categories must score 35% out of the total score to declare as qualified in the AIBE exam.
