MH CET Law Syllabus 2024 for Legal Aptitude
The section will test a candidate’s aptitude or interest in Law, research aptitude and problem-solving ability. Questions are framed on the basis of legal propositions and facts satisfying the propositions. The propositions might not be true in the real sense but candidates are required to assume the truth. And according to that they are supposed to answer with some well-supported conclusions.
- The level of questions will vary as per the programs (3 year LLB and 5 year LLB).
- For 5 year LLB Program, 40 questions will be asked in the online examination.
- For 3 year LLB Program, 30 questions will be asked in the Law exam.
MH CET Law Syllabus 2024 for General Knowledge and Current Affairs
This section tests a candidate’s knowledge of the recent happenings and awareness of the world. There will be static GK questions as well. Static GK signifies facts about people, places and things that will remain the same in future as well.
- For LLB 5 year Program, 30 questions will be asked from this section.
- For LLB 3 year Program, 40 questions will be asked from GK and Current Affairs section.
MH CET Law Syllabus 2024 for Logical and Analytical Reasoning
The syllabus for Logical and Analytical Reasoning are below.
- Logical Reasoning: This subject is to test the candidate's ability to identify patterns, logical links, and rectify in logical arguments. It will include a wide variety of logical reasoning questions such as syllogisms, logical sequences, analogies, completing arguments, drawing well-supported conclusions, reasoning by analogy, applying principles or rules.
- Analytical Reasoning: This subject is to measure the ability to understand the structure of the relationship and to draw logical conclusions about the structures. It includes reasoning deductively from a set of statements and rules or principles that describe the relationship between person things or events.
MH CET Law Syllabus 2024 for English
Questions from this section test a candidate’s proficiency in English. The section usually has three major components viz.
- Vocabulary – it will majorly cover synonyms, antonyms, and analogies.
- Grammar – you will have to correct the grammatical errors in questions, fill in the blanks with appropriate words, etc.
- Comprehension – will test the understanding of passage including its central theme and word meanings.
