Criteria to Exercise AP ECET Web Options Entry 2023

The candidates who are allowed to exercise the AP ECET Web options entry 2023 have been listed below:

• Candidates who have secured a seat.
• Candidates that have not been allotted a seat, but have verified their documents.
• Candidates that have verified their documents but have not exercised their AP ECET web options entry 2023.
• Candidates that are not satisfied with their allotted seats and wish for a better option.
• Candidates must note that the AP web options entry 2023 selected by candidates in the first phase of seat allotment will not be considered for the second round.
• Candidates are requested to exercise their options again.
• Candidates cannot claim a seat after they have left it in the first round. This vacated seat will be allotted to the next candidate.

Candidates will be allotted seats as per the filled choices and availability. The steps to fill the AP ECET Web Options are as follows:

• Go to the official website, sche.aptonline.in.
• Click on the ‘Web options’ link under the forms section.
• Candidates must enter their AP ECET hall ticket number and date of birth.
• AP ECET web option form will be displayed on the screen.
• Fill in the college and course choices and submit.
• Save options for future reference.

Candidates must follow the steps below to appear for AP ECET counselling 2023:

Step 1: Payment of Counselling Fees 

Candidates must pay the registration to apply for the counselling process. The counselling fees can be paid through online net banking. Steps to pay the fees are given below:

• Candidates must go to the website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
• Go to the registration payment link, which is on the homepage.
• Candidates must enter their login credentials.
• Candidates can pay the fees through debit/credit card or net banking.
• Candidates must keep a PDF copy of the payment receipt for future reference.

Step 2: Document Verification 

Candidates must go to the helpline centre for the document verification process. The procedure for document verification is listed below:

• The AP ECET 2023 rank card must be shown to the authorities at the helpline centre.
• Candidates must fill out a verification form and list details such as the hall ticket number, rank, and marks secured.
• Candidates must wait till the publication of verification at the helpline centre.

Step 3: Category-Wise Documents Verification 

• Open Category (OC) candidates must report to the Certificate verification officer in person. SC/ST/BC category candidates must submit their caste certificate.
• Official authorities at the helpline centre will check the original certificates, academic certificates, Marksheets, Rank cards, and Income certificates.
• Candidates are advised to collect the manual option form for future use.

Step 4: Fill out the Manual Option Form 

• Candidates must fill out the manual option form with details such as the college, district, and course codes. 
• Authorities will release the AP ECET Seat Allotment 2023 list based on Rank, Local Area, Reservation Category and the Preference of the Candidate.

Step 5: Option Entry 

• Candidates must go to the official website.
• Go to the Candidate Registration Link.
• Enter the Registration Number, Hall Ticket Number, Birth Date, and Rank.
• Click on the "Option Entry” link available on the screen.

Step 6: Release of AP ECET Seat Allotment 2023

• The official authorities will release the seat allotment on the official website.
• The rank, choice of course and the number of vacant seats will determine the seat allotment of candidates.
