• Candidates have to register themselves online for web-based online AP ECET counselling.
• Candidates have to attend the counselling according to their rank; there are different dates based on their rank. 
• Candidates could select their institutions/ universities according to their ranks in the merit list and verify their documents. 
• After verifying the original documents, they have to pay a counselling fee and get a receipt. 
• Candidates are provided with the registration number and password to log on to the website for the web counselling 
• Afterward, candidates must select a college from the list of participating colleges and submit it or freeze it. 
• Candidates will receive the allotment letter via SMS or email on the registered mobile number or email ID, respectively. 
• Candidates with the allotment letter can visit the college to get admission on the due date and time with their original documents. 

Note: The processing fee for OC/ BC candidates will be INR 1200, whereas for SC/ ST candidates the fee will be INR 600. On payment of the processing fee, the registration number and login ID number will be provided to the candidates.

Qualified candidates for the AP ECET 2024 examination are eligible for the AP ECET counselling procedure based on the following criteria:

• Only the candidates who secured 45% for OC and 40% for SC/ ST/ BC aggregate marks in diploma or B.Sc degree examinations are eligible for admission.
• B.Sc Maths candidates are considered for allotment of seats after exhausting all the eligible diploma candidates in the merit list in terms of G.O.Ms. No. 49, Higher Education, EC-II Dept.

• Only candidates who score a minimum of 25%, i.e., 50 marks out of 200, are eligible to appear for the AP ECET 2024 counselling.
