Students must carefully complete the following steps to apply for a CBSE class 10 and 12 duplicate mark sheet online with all the relevant details after the declaration of the CBSE Class 10 result. Some important details are mentioned below, which students must follow while completing their duplicate marksheet.
- Step 1: Students enrolled must log in to the website www.cbse.nic.in.
- Step 2: Then, students need to navigate to the portal and click on the 'Students and Parents' section.
- Step 3: Students need to proceed to the 'Stakeholder Support System' and click on the relevant hard copy option link.
- Step 4: Options are available for both hard copy and soft copy.
- Step 5: Clicking on the hard copy option will take the students to a form that must be filled out to get the document.
- Step 6: The website also provides an option if the student wants the document through Speed Post or personally picked it up.

- Students must fill out the application form for the CBSE duplicate marksheet.
- Students must carefully fill out the application form with the correct name, parent's name, and roll number.
- While filling out the application form, students must keep in mind the varying fees according to the year of passing and get the demand draft prepared accordingly.
- After filling out the application form, students must send their completed form to the Deputy Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Todarmal Marg, Ajmer, (Rajasthan), along with the fee.
- Students who are personally applying can deposit their fees in cash in the Ajmer office.
- The completed application form will be received after 15 days, excluding holidays.
- The duplicated certificate must be collected within three months of depositing the fee. If any students fail to collect, their certificate will have to apply afresh to procure the documents.
- If students want to obtain their documents early, they must pay the extra fee and collect their Central Board of Secondary Education duplicate marksheet within two days.
