JEST Eligibility Criteria 2023

Besides knowing the full form of JEST, candidates must qualify for the eligibility criteria. Additionally, the qualification requirement and the academic qualification may differ for each institution. However, here are some guidelines:

• Candidates need to be residents of India to participate in JEST.
• There is no age-related barrier to appearing for the examination. 
• However, all the candidates must fulfil the eligibility for the courses they are applying for.
• Candidates can appear in the exam as many times as they want.

JEST Exam Application Process 2023

The JEST exam full form will be displayed on the application page. The process begins with creating an identity through an online application form. The entire process is mentioned below:

Identity Registration

Candidates need to visit the official application portal. Fill up the forms by entering their name, title, address, state, city, pin code, user name, create a password, confirm the password, mobile number, and email address. 

Email Verification

Once the Identity Registration form is submitted successfully, an OTP will be sent to the candidate's email address. Candidates need to check and submit the OTP to complete the email verification. 

Complete the Registration

Candidates need to fill up the following information to complete the registration process:

• Personal Details
• Father Name
• Birth Date
• Gender
• Physical Disability (if any)
• Choose Category
• Select the City Preference/exam centres
• Nationality
• Upload Picture and Signature. 
• Upload the Documents

The photograph and signature must be uploaded in a particular size and format. The details are as follows:

Payment

JEST Admit Card 2023

The admit card will contain all the details of the candidates. The candidates must download the admit card/ hall ticket as and when released before the exam to complete the exam and the later processes smoothly. The steps to access the JEST admit card are as mentioned below.

JEST Exam Pattern 2023

The JEST exam is held for 180 minutes, the total number of questions is 50, and the total marks are 100. Further, for the correct answer in sections A and B, 3 marks will be awarded, and for each correct answer in section C, 1 mark will be allotted. The detailed examination pattern is as follows:
