MahaDBT Login Procedure

Students can log in to the MahaDBT portal by following the steps given below: 

Step 1: Visit the MahaDBT portal.

MahaDBT Login - Reset Username

Step 2: Now, on the login page, click on the 'Forgot Username' option.

Step 3: Enter your details, such as your name, mobile number, and date of birth. 

Step 4: Click on the ‘Get Username’ option. A pop-up will appear on the screen informing you about the username successfully sent to your registered mobile number. 

Step 5: You will then receive an SMS saying your username is sent to your registered mobile number.

MahaDBT Login - Reset Password

Students who have forgotten the password reset their password by following the steps given below. 

Step 1: Visit the official website. Click on the applicant login option. 

Step 2: When the login page appears, click on ‘Forget the Password’. 

Step 3: Now enter your username. 

Step 4: A pop-up will appear OTP has said to your registered mobile number successfully. Click on the Ok button on the pop-up window. 

Step 5: Now enter the OTP on the box below the username. After that, a new page will open. You will have to click on the ‘change password’ option. 

Step 6: Now enter your old password and new password and confirm the new password. 

Step 7: Finally, click on change password. After that, your password is reset successfully. 

MahaDBT Login - Renewing Scholarship

Students who are willing to renew the MahaDBT scholarship have to follow a separate process for application. Below are the steps for renewing the scholarship.

Step 1: First, visit the official website of MahaDBT. Now enter your username and password. 

Step 2: Now click on the current course and add the semester or year of your session. 

Step 3: Mentioned your past qualification and last examination detail. 

Step 4: Upload the relevant document such as mark sheet and hostel details etc. 

Step 5: Choose from the current schemes. Confirm by clicking yes on the renewable option. Now click on the submit button.

MahaDBT Registration Process

A student who wants to apply for the scholarships must have scanned copies of their mark sheets, family income certificates, and other related documents that help them register at the MahaDBT login portal. Two methods that can help students to register for the MahaDBT scholarship program. 

MahaDBT Registration Method 1

Students can directly register to the MahaDBT portal by the following two methods, which is given below: 

• UID based registration 
• Non-UID based registration

Students can opt for the registration process that they want by following the steps given below: 

1. Visit the MahaDBT website. 
2. Click on the ‘How to Apply Online’ option, which is available on the website’s homepage.

      3. You will then be redirected to the new window in which you need to choose the registration option. 

UID Based Registration 

In the case of UIDAI based registration, you need to enter your Aadhar number and click on the OTP option.

After that, you will receive an OTP by SMS to your registered mobile number with a link to your Aadhar card number. 

Non-UID Based Registration

In the case of Non-UID based registration, you need to follow the steps given below:

1. For non-UID registration, you need to enter your valid email ID to verify if you don’t have an Aadhar number or Aadhar registration id 
2. For email ID verification, click on the get OTP option
3. An OTP will be sent to your email ID. Enter that OTP that you receive on your email address and verify your mobile number.
4. Click on Get OTP option two mobile verification. After that, enter the OTP that you will receive on your mobile number and fill the form. Click on the save option. 

MahaDBT Registration Method 2

Students can also register to the MahaDBT portal by following the second method, the steps of which is given below:

Step 1: Visit the official MahaDBT login portal. 

Step 2: Click on the 'New Applicant Registration' tab. 

Step 3: Enter the required information such as the applicant’s name, username, password, OTP for email ID, and mobile number. 

Step 4: In case of email ID and mobile number verification, OTP will be sent to your email ID, and mobile number with charge register to your Aadhar number.

Step 5: Enter the OTP. 

Step 6: Click on the registered option. 

Step 7: You will be then redirected to UID on the registration page. 

Step 8: Now enter your Aadhar number. It would be best to authenticate yourself then; you can choose biometric authentication or one-time password authentication. 

Step 9: If you choose the OTP option, then the OTP number will be sent to your registered mobile number, and after verification, you will be registered to the portal. 

Step 10: You can then create your login ID and password to log in.
