The NEET PG 2025 exam date has been announced and is tentatively scheduled on Jun 15, 2025.
The BPT syllabus focuses on a comprehensive understanding of the basics of physiotherapy, human physiology, etc., and provides specialized knowledge to treat various illnesses using non-surgical procedures. The BPT subjects are divided into 8 semesters consisting of core and elective subjects, specializations, practicals/laboratory work, projects, and internships.
The core BPT subjects are Human Anatomy, Physiology, Clinical Biochemistry, Kinesiotherapy, General Psychology, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Neurology (including Pediatrics & Psychiatry), etc. Students can also choose elective subjects such as Ethics in Physiotherapy Practice, Ergonomics and Health Promotion, Biostatistics and SPSS, Bioengineering & Professional Ethics, etc.
The BPT course helps students develop therapeutic skills to correct impairments, restore muscular and skeletal function, and maintain a state of physical well-being. This course offers numerous job opportunities, such as Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Sports Physio Rehabber, etc.
