The students of Academy of Maritime Education and Training University get scholarships from various government bodies such as Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department of Government of Tamil Nadu, Minority Community Welfare Department of Government of Tamil Nadu, Director of Fisheries, Government of Tamil Nadu etc.
