- For B.Tech Candidates must have passed intermediate with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST) with Physics and Mathematics as their compulsory subjects along with any one of Chemistry /Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subjects.
- Candidates must have passed intermediate with a minimum of 60% marks with Physics and Chemistry as their compulsory subjects along with any one of Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects.
- For B.Sc candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in intermediate in the science stream.
