Aligarh Muslim University, established in 1875, is one of the oldest universities in the country. It is a public central university offering more than 300 programs in traditional and modern subjects. The total tuition fee for MBBS at AMU is INR 1.82 Lakhs.
The AMU courses list includes many UG and PG courses across a variety of faculties and departments. The university offers professional UG courses like B.Tech in different fields, such as BDS, BCA, BBA, B.Ed, B.Arch, B.Lib, etc. Similarly, AMU courses also include PG courses like M.Arch, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, MBBS, etc. Apart from these, regular degree courses such as B.Sc, BA, B.Com, and BA are also part of the curriculum.

Aligarh Muslim University Fees Payment Guidelines
Students seeking AMU admission to various courses must appear for different entrance exams. For various sUG and PG courses, students must clear the CUET UG and CUET PG exams. Students are required to have valid NEET Scores for admission to MBBS and BDS.
For admission to B.Tech, AMU requires AMUEEE scores. The university conducts the engineering entrance exam. Students interested in admission have to go through different processes based on their course.
For courses related to CUET, students must choose AMU as one of the options on the CUET form. The details for general admission are on the official website. Applicants can follow the steps given for application submission.
- Visit the official website.
- Click on admission at the top menu.
- Choose General Admission from the drop-down menu.
- Read the instructions carefully.
- Register using contact details.
- Login using your ID and password.
- The admission dashboard will appear.
- Fill in the application form.
- Then, attach the required documents, scanned photo, signature, and thumbprint (not more than 200kb and in JPG format).
- Students can opt for more than one program through only one application form.
- Pay the AMU application fee.
The admission instructions also include a list of documents required to complete the form. Students must keep the originals safe, as they will be required during the document verification.
