Hostel

The hostel rooms are newly constructed, well ventilated, and furnished with furniture like a bed, table, chairs, cupboards, and bookshelf.
There is a provision of electricity power backup to each room and geysers in all washroom areas, water coolers (with ROs) on each floor.
All the AIIMS Rishikesh hostels have common rooms with TV, cable connections, reading rooms in UG or nursing hostels, a library with more than 250 books in boys hostel, subscription to newspapers & display on newspaper stands in all common areas of each hostel.
The hostel premises are equipped with a modern C.C.T.V camera facility for round the clock monitoring, provision of canteen (24×7) in hostel area and uninterrupted power supply in common facility areas of the hostels are available.
The administration is working towards making the hostels Wi-Fi enabled. There is a dedicated and safe parking facility available for the students, residents, and guests.

Mess

The AIIMS Rishikesh has a student-run mess, which has been converted to a student-supervised private mess.
It offers a variety of dishes round the week to satisfy taste buds and take care of health.
There is a schedule for the menu over the week, which keeps on changing at regular intervals for students.
The mess provides daal-sabzi-roti, paneer, chicken and sweets of various kinds, including typical north Indian food to some delicacies of south India, Rajasthan and Punjab.
The AIIMS Rishikesh facilities include a well-functioning OTC that provides tea, coffee, omelettes, and snacks late at night.
Students bond over mess watching cricket matches together to stealthily lift sweets off a friend’s plate, from receiving ice cream treats to having group discussions and birthday celebrations.

Library

The AIIMS Rishikesh library provides materials for teaching, learning and research activities in printed and online forms.
The library is connected to WEL [World e-book Library] through INFLIBNET, which has 40 lakhs e-books & millions of journals articles.
The Library works from 8:30 AM to 8 PM on working days, but the reading room is kept open for 24 hours on all days.
