There are internship options available. I have done training in BSNL, Ghaziabad this year.
As Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research college has only two branches i.e Computer Science and Electronics and Communications, mostly key companies from IT sector come to hire the final year students.
Last year 92 students were placed successfully in TCS through campus placements.
The average salary figure is nearly 3.5 lakhs per annum. The highest being 8 lakhs per annum through campus placement itself.
Almost 80% students get placed in various companies through campus or off campus placements. With only two engineering branches, hence a low number of students get placements.
The alumni network is very strong. Everyone supports you in every kind of work.
Fees & Scholarships :
Being a Delhi Govt college, the course fee is minimal. It is Rs 35,000 till the 2014 batch and increased to 70,000 from 2014 onwards batches. Same fee for both the branches i.e CS and EC.
Also, there are many different scholarships options available in Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research for students by Delhi Govt. You can get scholarships for being a minority in the society or also for BPL(below poverty line) criteria or for the disability if any.

Academics & Faculty :
The classes are regular in the college with class timing from 9am to 5:30pm with some gaps in between. Regular practical takes place for the better understanding of the subjects.
From 2014, there are changes in exams which were two sessionals and semester exams before. Now 2014 session onwards there is a midterm exam followed by semester exam in the end.
Teachers are selected through UPSC exam, hence they are well educated.
Being a govt college, the attendance tension is almost nil. You can work on your projects taking help of the teachers who are ready to help anytime. You can play almost all games in the college. Sadly, there is no gym, but you can stay fit by playing. Canteen is well maintained but not with so many options.
The overall experience is very good at Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
There is no such hostel facility in the college but a lot of options for PG and flats in the nearby locations. You can get PGs at low costs around Rs 2500-3000 per person if you'd like to stay with friends. Flats costs are little more. Costs increase with better facilities and bigger rooms.
Food is good in the college canteen with items like fried rice, chili potato, chhole bhature, chhole rice etc with decent costs but students like to eat in the market which is just outside the college premises with a lot more options.
The quality of classrooms is good they are well maintained with full ventilation. The classrooms without ventilation have air conditioners.
All the other labs, auditorium, libraries and offices have centralized air conditioning which works very well. The laboratories have working equipment with qualified assistants.
Also, there is no wifi facility in Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research college until now but there is LAN cable which students connect to their laptops to make hotspots for the well-being of others.

There are a lot of clubs and student societies in the college with all the interests. Like there is a major technical club name IEEE. Also, other active clubs like literary, Sports, Dance, Music, Dramatics etc are there which performs on every occasion in the college whenever required.

Also other small events like sports tournaments, hacking competitions, coding competitions takes place from time to time.
The life in the college is very good. I really like our college life. The students are very friendly whether seniors or juniors. There are a whole lot of other fields outside studies to showcase the talent in you.
