Placements & Internships : Alumni network was very good.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for B.A addmission was good passing marks in H.S exam and certificates in extracurricular activities. *There was no entrance examination due to covid. The typical cutoff was 70%.
Fees & Scholarships : Course fee is 10,000. There are many schemes like ishanuday etc. for students. Good numbers of students are there. No loan needed.
Academics & Faculty : The classes are held timely. The quality of teaching is excellent. The overall experience in college is very good.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are two hostels - one for girls and one for boys. The PGs are very good. They cost 5000 to 6000. The food in college is very good. The quality of classroom is excellent.
Clubs & Associations : The life in college is very good enough. Experienceing good vibes and it's very beautiful.

Placements & Internships : Very kind and friendly behaviour they have. The teacher of this college are very punctual and interactive and also clear doubts very easily
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The college has good discipline, the teacher are very friendly and helps students understand the concepts and topics in every easy way
Fees & Scholarships : The semester charges are very cheap and can be easily affordable. On 1 st semester of b.com, they have just asked for 6000 , which was quite easy.
Academics & Faculty : The class timings are perfect it starts from 8 of morning and ends at 3 of the afternoon , thus the discipline and mind setup is perfect from the academic side
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The college canteen is quite good and hygienic But there are hostel issues Girl hostel are not available
Clubs & Associations : The club members are less interactive. Therefore we can't raise our problems towards them.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Arya Vidyapeeth college is one of the premier institute in northeast India, which is located in the city of Guwahati. For Admission eligibility in B.sc, your aggregate in PCM or PCB should be at least 75% for major courses. For General course, you should have at least an aggregate of 60%. Typically cut off depends on the performance of the 12th candidates who seek admission but since its one of the best institute in the city for science which is affiliated under Gauhati University. The cut-off stays between 75-80%.
Fees & Scholarships : Since it is a Government institute the fee structure is less. Students also can avail free admission under Government of Assams new scheme which is a fee waiver scheme. Besides, students can also avail other scholarships like Ishan Uday, ST/SC, Minority etc.
Academics & Faculty : The quality of teaching is excellent. Professors and Assistant professors are of the first rate.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is one boy's hostel and one girl's hostel with a seating capacity of approximately 40-50 students.
Clubs & Associations : Students in this institute can socialise with anyone. People from different parts of the state come for higher education. Any extra curriculum activities are also being performed in the institute.

Placements & Internships : There were some placement drives taken by TCS and Wipro with jobs of decent salary package. The placement percentage was decent. The alumni network is decent too.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for the 12th pass for admission. After that, admissions was solely based on merit, be it general course or majors. There weren't any entrance in the admissions process. There were no cutoffs either.
Fees & Scholarships : Per year course fee is around Rs.4k based on 2 semesters. There were some scholarships given by para-institutions offering Rs. 30k around per student.
Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is not hectic, there is ample time for leisure. The quality and method of teaching are decent at best. The overall experience is decent at best.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 4 college hostels, 2 for boys and girls. PG/Hostels are situated near the college premises asking 4-5k monthly. Food is decent at best cost. Quality of classrooms, labs are decent.
Clubs & Associations : There are no noteworthy society, club and associations on campus. The main festivals are freshers socials, annual function, foundation day. There is a college week that is held every year at around spring time.

Placements & Internships : The Geology department of our college has a very wide network of Alumni and they help us to work with their esteemed companies like ONGC, GSI, ISM Dhanbad etc. The salary figures are usually concealed by the commission to ensure better performance of the students.
Fees & Scholarships : The per year course fee is INR 6,500. The college is affiliated with Guwahati University. There are many scholarships available from the government such as minority scholarship, UG scholarship etc. Most of the students get scholarship.
Academics & Faculty : The morning session starts at 8:45 am and end at 5 pm. The faculties are highly educated with more than 25 years of experience.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 3 hostels, one for girls and two for boys. The hostel fee is 800 INR per month. The college is located in a residential area so numerous PG's are available. Usually, the minimum rent is INR 3500 per month. The classrooms, library with wide range of collections and canteen is available.
Clubs & Associations : The clubs are martial arts club, football club, Dancing club, Debate club etc. The annual week celebrated in the month of January is the most awaited event of the year for the students. Other than that there are many national level debate competition and seminars being held in the campus every year. Life is much better at the college.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized institute. Admission was based on merit basis. The cutoff for the General candidate was 87℅, OBC 82℅, SC 78℅, ST(p) 72℅ and ST(H) 68 ℅ respectively.

Placements & Internships : Since it is a general degree college, it does not have any campus placement. Although individual departments might conduct the campus placement for the top 10 students of that batch.
Academics & Faculty : Class starts from 8.45 am to 2.00 pm after which practical classes might be scheduled. Exams are held once in 5 months. The quality of teaching is very good. Teachers take the class in a very disciplined way. The overall experience is good.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 2 hostels. One for boys and the other for girls. Food per meal is INR 30-40. Quality of classrooms are not good, but labs are good. The library is huge enough to house a collection of 16,000 books, wifi is available only at the respective departments.
Clubs & Associations : Students societies are not very much to come expected as students union is a monopoly of students only from the hostels. However, we organized general elections, college week, foundation day, NCC cadets, several intercity sports matches and a computer hub for tech related Nerds.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : There is no entrance exam for B.Sc course. The eligibility for B.Sc course is to have a minimum of 80% in Higher Secondary or 10+2. Typical cutoffs for general caste is about 85% or 9.5 CGPA. For SC, ST, OBC it might vary from 70% to 80% or 8.0 CGPA to 9.0 CGPA.
Fees & Scholarships : Since it is a government college, the course fee is INR 7,000 per semester. Scholarships are available for merit students and backward castes. And no loans are needed.

Placements & Internships : Yeah, I have an internship with hike and I got around Rs 21000 and there are no high such placements.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The students have to be good in mathematics as well as in computer Science ASSAM CEE exam for this course. There is no cut off however you have to score more than 50 in mathematics.
Fees & Scholarships : The average fee per year is Rs 35000(INR). Though this course is under Guwahati university we can avail scholarship provided by them and it is provided on merit basis 2/10 number of students get a scholarship. I guess not every bank provides loans and it is easily available.
Academics & Faculty : The daily routine is from 9.00 am -12:30 pm and the projects and the exams are very tough to score good grades. The quality of teaching is good but some teachers need to upgrade. Overall experience is good.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is 2 hostel of our college and the average fee per year is Rs 60000(INR). There are lots of PG's around the college the students want to study here can avail PG's anywhere in Guwahati. The food in college is good but the stuff they use to make food is of cheap quality and unhygienic to they must improve in this area. The quality of some rooms are old fashioned still some classes are developing, however, we are provided wi-fi on the college campus.
Clubs & Associations : There are no such clubs and association of our college. Freshers are the main festival of our college. Overall the college is good.
