Library Facilities
A well equipped library is the back bone of any academic institution on which the foundation of the student's career is laid. Upon admission the students are issues individual library card. The students are required to use library facilities regularly as a part of their curriculum. The college library remains open till later hours in evening for students benefit.

At Astron College, terms of self expression, self-awareness and interpersonal skills, the arts are central to the college's holistic ideals. The students of the college are encouraged to participate in various extra co-curricular events like:

Auditorium
Auditorium/ Multipurpose Hall with seating capacity of two hundred and a stage with total area of 2000 sq. ft is there in the campus to organize regular extra co-curricular activities in the college campus.

Transportation
The College is located on Hapur Bypass, Near Delhi Road, Meerut, Opposite Dainik Jagran Press, is very close to the City Railway station (5Km) and City center (6 Km), giving the advantage of all local transportation facilities to the student. The college also provides Bus facility to the students and Faculty from all Major parts of the city.

Hostel accommodation
The institute tries to create a home away from home. The institute has tied up with separate Hostels for boys and girls with all necessary amenities. Highly hygienic vegetarian food is served in homely atmosphere. The hostels have round the clock security and electricity and water backup. The college management keeps regular check on the facilities provided in the hostel.
