Institute of Technical Education & Research [ITER] is located in Odisha, Bhubaneshwar. ITER is one of the constituent institutes under Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan [SOA] Deemed To Be University. Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University was established in 1996 at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. In 2015, SOA was accreditated by NAAC with an 'A' grade and also granted with Graded Autonomy status by UGC. The college has been accredited by the prestigious accreditation body in ABET, USA.

ITER Bhuwaneshwar offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the engineering field. The ITER  emphasis the project-based learning system which helps the students to explore their studies in a more focused way. ITER Admission has been followed by the SOA’s admission procedure for all courses.
