Department of Civil Engineering:

Civil engineering is the youngest department in the IPEC. It came existence in the year 2009 with the 60 students and now it is increased to 120 in 2011. This department aims to give technical education to the students. They also provide classroom lectures, laboratory experiments, guest lectures, workshop, site visit and project-based activities in technical society.

Department of Computer Science Engineering:

Computer science engineering works hard for the development of the computer system and the integration with the hardware and software engineering. They train students to solve the problem using computational technics and technologies. 

Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering:

The department take care of the bright student by providing extra study materials. They encourage the student to excel beyond the curriculum. The department provides high technical education to the students.

Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering:

This departments have classrooms and advanced laboratories. They have experienced faculty members. They aim to provide scientific and technic based education for the betterment of society.

Department of Mechanical Engineering:

The department provides laboratories with all the new equipment. They believe in a friendly relationship with the student will help the student to develop a sound foundation in the conductive society. They have teaching stuff from the IIT and NIT backgrounds.

Department of Information Technology:

Department provides the various activities which are managed by the students some of them are a cyber forum, tech ethenics, nivedha dramatic club and many more. They provides the platform for the student to understand the emerging trends of the informational society.

Inderprastha Engineering College Facilities:

IPEC has a fully developed Central library using an IPEC software and barcoding system where the student can dive deeper into their studies. Library also enrolled in 373 online journals, periodicals, regional and national newspapers. The library is fully air-conditioned and it spread across more than 1033 sq.m. The library has a sufficient seat for the students. It also contains a separate study room, conference section and a cataloging section for the student and faculty. It also provides a locker system for the students.

IPEC has more than 72 classrooms with well equipped, computer labs, 12 seminar halls, 2 conference and tutorial rooms with 24X7 electricity backup. IPEC facilities have a lush green campus which is located 500 meters away from the Vaishali Metro Station. The College provides high-speed internet in the main campus. Inderprastha Engineering College assigns a doctor and counselor for the students and faculty and it owns 24X7 ambulance service.

Inderprastha College has 400 seat auditorium and open-air theatre named as Rangpeeth.In this college campus, there is a cafeteria and coffee shop where the student can chill in the break time. It also provides xeroxing, stationery shop and ATM facility. IPEC has well-maintained facilities outdoor and indoor games.
