Benson College of hotel management has been prepared to meet the standards of modern hospitality education. Facility at the institute are designed to provide the students the perfect education and training in their possible field, keeping in mind the all round development of the student. Benson is amongst the select few Premier Hotel Management Colleges in India which practices what it preaches. Students have an opportunity real life training programme incorporated in their day to day activity to facilitate their on the job training. The College Management owns and operates a mock restaurant and bar to train their students. Students are the key force behind these operations. The students actively participate in all major conferences, conventions, seminars and food festivals organized at the campus.

A culinary laboratory (food production lab) of our college is made of modern equipments. Indian as well as international cooking is mastered at this lab. Modern techniques of cooking and presentation of food forms coupled with hygiene, nutrition, and etc. knowledge also trained here. The practical training provides an opportunity to acquire expertise knowledge in a realistic working environment and build catering skills.
Benson College of hotel management have separate hostel for boys and girls with boarding and lodging facilities. Hostel rooms are airy and spacious and have separate cafeteria. Hostel has provision for indoor and outdoor games.
