Placements & Internships : In B.Sc horticulture, we don't have internships or placements but we went for several educational trips to many fields, gardens, factories, labs and also worked in few food processing units etc. which was quite helpful practically. Placement facility is mostly for the commerce, hotel management and mass com students in this institute.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : It is a private institute so eligibility is just a 45% in the 12th exam. 

Fees & Scholarships : Yearly fee for b.sc horticulture is INR 45000 and university exam fee has to be paid separately for each semester which is around INR 3000-5000. The college offers Kalpana Chawla scholarship in the form of some reduction in the yearly fee of the qualifying student. This scholarship exam is held every year. On an average, around 10 students get the benefit from this scholarship programme. 

Academics & Faculty : Daily classes start from 9.15 am to 4.30 pm and the overall experience is good.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Infrastructure is good. The girls and boys hostel area are well separated with a common mess hall. Hostel fee ranges from INR 50000-1 lakh as per year. Food provided at the hostel is fine and its fee is included in the hostel fee itself. Quality of classrooms, labs, library, dining halls, wifi is above average.

Clubs & Associations : Most functions in the college are handled by senior mass com students and their faculties. There is equal opportunity for every interested student to participate in sports and cultural activities by giving their names to the alloted teacher. Main events are techno fest, college sports weeks and freshers day. These are celebrated with full joy and spirit. Life in college is fun as long as you surround yourself with good people and be punctual and follow the campus norms. There are students from all over the country and Nepal and Bhutan so it is a lovely place to make new friends and learn as well.
