Bhaskar Medical College follows a merit-based process for admission to both its UG and PG courses. The institution offers as many as 16 different courses in various fields under Medicine & Health Sciences. The most popular courses include the MBBS at the undergraduate level and MD and MS at the postgraduate level. Admission to the MBBS course is provided based on merit through a valid score of NEET or Telangana NEET.

Each batch consists of 150 students, all of whom are eligible for internships at the same hospital, with a monthly fee of INR 2,000. About 70-80% of students get internships, but they also have the option to do the internship at an external hospital. During the internship, students can get practical experience by working as duty doctors.
