Placements & Internships : Placement is good at BIT Mesra. There is a T&P =training and placement department which handles the company recruitment. The average package is Rs. 6-7lakh and highest generally go upto Rs. 27 lakh or above.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Actually, there is an exam named JEE MAIN which needs to be cleared by students to get admission in BIT Mesra. I cleared that exam at least your rank should be below 50000 for admission. But for different branches, it has got different cutoff rank.

Fees & Scholarships : Fees is quite a more than Nits and IIT but there is a scholarship for meritorious students. Rs. 2.25 crores Birla group allocate every year for the scholarship. The loan is needed for those students who isn't able to get a scholarship. As total expenses in BIT Mesra will be around Rs. 12 lakhs.

Academics & Faculty : Class timing in BIT Mesra is from 8 to 5:10 with breaks in between like lunch and class gap break. we have internal class, quiz, projects, and test. we have mid-sem and a final exam. Teaching is good. The faculty is young. We are getting better teaching and hoping to get better. 

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Around 15 hostels for boys for both b.tech and m.tech in BIT Mesra. Hostel and mess fees is around Rs. 50,000 per year. Students generally don't live in PGs. We get breakfast, lunch, evening snacks with tea or coffee and dinner. We have free wifi and LAN facility.

Clubs & Associations : Different clubs and association are there like srijan technical team social club, rotarac society music club, dance and sports and many more clubs at BIT Mesra. Quite a busy and interesting life in college.
