Maulana Azad College of Engineering & Technology (MACET), established in 1987 by the Millat Education Society, is the first self-financed minority technical institution in northern India. Initially located in Anisabad, Patna, the college moved to a 18-acre campus in Neora in 2000. Recognized by AICTE since 1994, MACET offers B.Tech and Diploma programs across disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering (including AI, ML, and Data Science), Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, with an annual intake of 480 students.

The college features modern facilities, including well-equipped labs, a library with 25,000 volumes, a computer center, smart classrooms, and prayer halls. Approximately 30% of its 1,000+ students are women, with a focus on empowering Muslim girls in technical education. MACET’s Training and Placement Cell has placed students in top organizations like IBM, Wipro, Microsoft, TCS, and NTPC.

Maulana Azad College of Engineering and Technology, established in 1987 in Patna, Bihar, offers UG courses in Engineering with admission based on BSEB 12th and CBSE 12th scores. The college provides six B.E./B.Tech programs with a course duration of 3-4 years. Tuition fees for UG programs range from INR 2,10,000 to INR 2,80,000, excluding additional fees for applications and exams.
