NMCH Patna was established in the year 1970. It is affiliated with the Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna and it is also recognized by the Medical Council of India. The institute offers an MBBS course for UG students, MD/ MS courses in 15 different specializations for PG students, and Para Medical courses in four different specializations. Admission to different courses is based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the NEET UG/ NEET PG examination.

NMCH Patna is situated on Kankarbagh old bypass road. The departments of anatomy, physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, PSM, FMT & Pharmacology are situated here. Nalanda Medical College has 3 Hostels. 2 hostels are for boys and 1 hostel is for girls. These hostels have adequate capacity, as well as facilities like mesh and proper security is also available.

NMCH Patna Admission

NMC Patna Admissions can be done online by visiting their college website. The college also preferred admissions on the basis of NEET examination results. Students must apply for admissions only after they have met the eligibility criteria of the desired course which they are willing to pursue.

NMCH Patna Eligibility Criteria

has established various criteria for enrollment in various programmes. To be accepted, the applicant must meet all conditions. The National Eligibility Entry Test (NEET), administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA), is the sole foundation for admission to the MBBS, M.D., M.S., Diploma, and Super Specialty programmes. The fundamental requirements for some courses are as follows

MBBS Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should have completed 12th in PCB and English with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• The candidates must have obtained the minimum required rank in NEET UG / MHCET.

MD/ MS Eligibility Criteria   

• The candidate should have completed M.B.B.S.
• The candidates must have obtained a valid score in NEET PG. 

PG Diploma Eligibility Criteria     

• The candidate should have completed MBBS.
• The candidates must have obtained a valid score in NEET PG.
