BMCTM  was established in 2007. BMCTMis managed by Mata Kaushalya Devi Charitable Trust, Gurgaon under the encouraging patronage of prominent educationists of the Gurgaon region of Haryana.  The BMCTM campus offers a host of hi-tech ultra-modern facilities to ensure well-planned education for its students. The BMCTM courses include undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma courses. 

BMCTM  provides courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in engineering and management. The BMCTM features a big and diverse faculty of 37 members across all academic departments, with many holding Ph.D. degrees in their respective professions.
