Placements & Internships : For students who have got 70% in their graduation and are able to maintain a CGPA of 7.5 or above university gives a stipend of Rs 2000 per month at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University. University is having a wide alumni network. Many of its students are settled in foreign countries and many are teachers in several reputed universities.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To be eligible for this course i.e. MSc. Microbiology at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University is one must have a bachelors degree in medical science i.e. one must have studied chemistry, botany, and zoology in his/her graduation or he/she must possess BSc(H) in Microbiology. There is a common entrance exam that is conducted by the university each year for admission in eight different disciplines of MSc. 100 questions are asked in the exam, 30 are from botany and zoology each, 35 questions are asked from chemistry and rest 5 are related to general awareness. For students belonging to General, category cutoff is generally around 60% marks.

Fees & Scholarships : Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University is one among the universities which offer education at very low price. Each and everyone belonging to any section can afford the university fees. Every student getting a CGPA of 7.5 or above is given a stipend. There is no need of loans.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University are from 9 am to 4:30 pm. Quality and method of teaching are marvelous. Students are also provided an opportunity to have research experience in their masters. Only some universities give this opportunity.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : 16 hostels are their in Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University campus and accommodation fee is only Rs. 2,000 per semester per student. PGs are available just outside the university campus at a rate of around Rs. 5,000 per month. Food quality is very good just like home and it is available at a very cheap rate of around Rs. 25 per meal. Wifi facility is available, University library is the second largest library of Asia.

Clubs & Associations : Students societies and associations are not there in Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University as the state government has banned the student elections in the year 1996. University youth festival is celebrated each year for one week.
