Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria in CMS BUSINESS SCHOOL is 50% in graduation. Jain University conducts their own entrance exam which is JET, and I have given JET and I got selected for MBA programme after giving the entrance test and the interview. Based on my performance in entrance test and in interview they have selected me.
Fees & Scholarships : The course fee for MBA in FINANCE is 10,7500/- for two years. If any one wants loan then they can apply for loan.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : I don’t know about the hostel but the classroom, labs and dining hall are very clean and clear and peaceful.

Placements & Internships : I did my first internship in TITAN watches, Hosur. Companies from all sectors hire from our campus, the average salary is INR 6 lakhs per annum and the highest salary is INR 16 lakhs per annum. On average, 90% of students get placed through our placements team. There’s a great alumni network who have their own startups.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The basic eligibility criteria for admissions in CMS Business School is to pass the JET (Jain Entrance Test) which is an independent exam conducted by the Jain University. This becomes mandatory if you have not passed any National Management Entrance test such as MAT, CAT, etc. JET has three parts, first stage the written test, second the group discussion, and third the personal interview. I had cleared the MAT exam hence it was not mandatory for me to go through JET.
Fees & Scholarships : CMS Business School, Bangalore Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 9.5 Lakh per annum.
Academics & Faculty : The college timing is 8:40 AM to 4:30 PM. The quality and method of teaching is very good. The teaching method includes group discussions and case studies. The overall experience is very good.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are two college hostels including food. The hostel fee is INR 1.2 lakhs for a year. There are many PG’s available near the college with an average rent of Rs. 10,000 per month including food. The quality of classrooms, labs, and libraries is very good.
Clubs & Associations : There are many clubs and student societies such as cultural club, integrity club, and social welfare club. There’s a psychology team in college with counselling experts that arranges different counselling sessions. Life in college is very advantageous to improve our skills, gain knowledge, and have experience.

Along with the entrance exam, candidates need to attend a group discussion round followed by the personal interview. I took the MAT exam and cleared the group discussion and the personal interview rounds conducted by the business schools.

The college has started with an internship fair, in which about 15 companies come to provide students with internships. The companies that come for internships are mostly startups and few big companies. The stipend that has been offered so far ranges from INR 6000 to 13,000. Some of the companies that came to offer internships are Edureka, Sports365, ICICI, and Kaapi machine Talking about the placements the college bring in all sort of companies ranging from startups to huge MNCs.

Academics & Faculty : It has been almost a year since I have been studying in CMS Business School and I ought to tell you the faculty is amazing. Professors, there are very helpful. In Fact, I have also noticed that there have been cases where the faculty is more concerned about a student than the student himself. The professors there really care for you. Also, the professors are very qualified and come with both industry experience as well as teaching experience. plus they also hold degrees from renowned colleges like IIMs. The quality of teaching is quite good, they give you an ample amount of assignments which by the way is good. I say so because you actually get to learn from these assignments outside of your textbooks. The classes start at 8.40 a.m. and end at 4.30 p.m. with two breaks.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is a hostel facility provided by a third party, which has a tie-up with the college. The hostel fee is somewhere around INR 2 lakhs per year. The rooms in the hostel are quite small but when it comes to food, it surely serves you way better than the PGs around the college.
Clubs & Associations : There are clubs for Marketing, HR, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Apart from that, there are also clubs for Psychology, Cultural, and Placement. The college has two intra college fest and one inter-college fest which takes place abroad.

Placements & Internships : I interned with Goldman Sachs after my second semester for a period of two months as a Complaince intern for 30,000 stipend per month. Key companies that hire are Amazon, Google, Deliotte, Aditya Birla etc. The sectors for which students are hired are asset management, automobile, banking, financial services, etc. The average of highest package offered is 9 LPA and the average package being 4 LPA. With 97.2 % placement record for 2016-18 batch of students. Alumni network consist of very supportive and available people who are ready to help one another. They have a separate alumni online community, where the current employed alumni share job opurtunitues in the company they are employed, industry trends and news, etc.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria for the course was under graduation from any recognised universities with a minimum 50% overall score and no back logs. The admission procedure was to apply through their online website, after which the college admission faculty would contact and guide you for furthur formalities if selected after the initial application through their website. Entrance exams accepted were CAT, GMAT with a 70% score. OR you took up the Jain Entrance Exam (JEE) which was very similar to GMAT. The cut off was 60% marks in under graduation.
Fees & Scholarships : CMS Business School, Bangalore Fee Structure. Fees of SGT University is INR 4 lakh per year. There are no scholarship options advertised, one needs to contact the college administration for the same. Edu Loans are provided by the Jain University management wing for a nominal interest. The neccasity for loans depends on the Individual.
Academics & Faculty : The timings of the college is 9 a.m to 4 p.m. With Semester exams, and intermediate internal exams with a minimum percentile of 50% for passing. 2 projects for every subject, which is a part of internal assesment. Internal assesments carry a 50% weightage of the marks for the whole semester. Quality of teaching is good as they employ faculty with practical industry experience in whatever subject they teach. The method of teaching is through practical examples and case studies. Overall experience is good.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : College infrastructure is one of the main attractions. It has well equipped air conditioned class rooms, labs and a library. The dining hall is huge with a wide variety of vegetarian food options available, costing on average Rs. 100. Since the college moved to a new campus in the academic year 2018, i do not know any other details.
Clubs & Associations : There are book clubs, mangement clubs conisiting of various departements like HR, Marketing, Finance,etc. There are annual inter and intra collegiate fests conducted by the students. And the students actively participate in other inter collegiate fests too. Life in college was very supportive and kind as the faculty are very understanding and supportive. Neccasary adequate facilties are provided to the students.
