Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU), Lonere was established in the year 1989 by the Government of Maharashtra. Currently, the university operates autonomously and is located at the village of Lonere in Maharashtra. The Affiliating Technical University offers multiple professional programmes in engineering, architecture, pharmacy and other domains and on diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate levels. Along with this, the university also offers a Certification course in Nursing Technology. A number of well-qualified faculties coupled with the infrastructure facilities at the students’ disposal aids in imparting quality education to the students. The state University is unitary in nature and is not deemed to be university.

DBATU Eligibility Criteria

DBATU Diploma Eligibility

• Candidates must have completed 10th standard.

DBATU B.Tech. Eligibility

• Candidates must have completed XII with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and minimum 50% aggregate score or equivalent.
• Candidates must have appeared for MHT CET if the student is from Maharashtra.
• Candidates must have appeared for JEE if a student is from the rest of India.

DBATU Sciences and Humanities Ph.D eligibility

• Candidates must have completed a master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline from a recognized university/institute.

Admissions in DBATU are done via the DBATU official website. After appearing for the required entrance exams and filling the online forms by candidates who meet the course-specific eligibility criteria, the shortlisted candidates proceed with the admissions procedures applicable, like interview, aptitude, etc. Final list of selected candidates for admission is also declared on the university website.
