Infrastructure Facilities at VNBRIMS, Thane:

Dr. V. N. Bedekar Institute of Management Studies, [VNBRIMS] facilitates all infrastructure facilities to all their students.

Library:

• The Library has a rich collection of Books, Bound volumes, Journals and Periodicals, Newspapers spanning all aspects of management studies.
• Databases search services like ProQuest and JGate, CRISIL are the other facilities provided.
• The collection is updated as per the requests made by different teachers/users.
• The library is equipped with 10 PCs with Internet access for better connectivity and several network outlets to enable the use of laptops.
• The library consists of 13570 books and 34 journals subscription.
• It also has the subscription of online journals such as Sage Journals, Harvard Business Review, AIMS International, Capital Market and Dalal Street Investment Journal.
• This library has membership resources of other institutions like American Library, British Council etc.
• It also provides Instant Message Service, Reference and Information Service through Gmail Chat and Email Alert.

Classrooms:

• The classrooms at VNBRIMS are designed to provide better interaction between the students and the facilitators.
• All classrooms are air-conditioned equipped with modern state of the art facilities such as LCD projector, whiteboards, Wi-Fi connectivity and multimedia facilities.

Auditoriums:

• Thorale Bajirao Peshwe Sabhagruha is an air-conditioned hall with a seating capacity of 300.
• It is equipped with all modern facilities like LCD projector and multimedia facilities. 
• Panini Sabha Gruha is an air-conditioned hall designed in a theatre style with tiered seating arrangement which can accommodate up to 200 students at a time.
• It is also equipped with all modern IT and multimedia facilities. 
• These are used for guest lectures, workshops and seminars.

Conference Room:

• There are 3 conference rooms exclusively meant for meetings and discussions.
• These are also used for management development programs and brainstorming sessions. 

IT Lab:

• User-friendly IT network at this institute enables students & teachers, empowers them with the knowledge to facilitate enactment. 
• The key features are an entire campus of 13 Acres is securely Wi-Fi enabled.
• Free, unlimited access to the internet for all stakeholders from inside the campus.
• Redundant power backup for servers is available.
• Internet content filtering at the firewall and is a secure campus with smart card based automated entry system with turnstile gates.
• CCTV monitoring and Fiber optic network backbone connecting all buildings on campus.
• VPM hosts its own website and email servers.

Project Work Area:

• Projects are an integral part of management education.
• At VNBRIMS, there are specific Project Work Areas where students can sit and discuss various topics amongst themselves. 

Foreign Language Study Cell:

• The Foreign Language Study Cell was established in 2008, which in addition to working on methods and studies for enhancing language education, looks after the placement opportunities for language students.
• It guides the students on the scope and new avenues for the knowledge of Foreign Languages.
• The cell organizes guest lectures on topics pertaining to foreign languages. 

Security:

• The electronic security system was inaugurated in 2009 by VPM's Chairman Dr.V.V.Bedekar on the auspicious day of Guddipadwa.
• Vidya Prasarak Mandal [VPM] issues separate Electronic Photo Identity Card to the individual student, all staff and faculty members.
