Faculty of Science & Technology, Hyderabad is commonly called as ICFAI Tech. It is a constituent institute of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education [IFHE]. ICFAI Tech Courses are offered in the research fields of technology and science. It offers choice based credit system.

The curriculum of the courses offered at this institute includes effective pedagogy which emphasis on both fundamentals and applications. The programs offered by this institute provide high-quality, cutting-edge and career-oriented education programs. Faculty of Science & Technology, [IFHE FST] Hyderabad Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech/ B.Sc	Candidates must pass 12th with an aggregate of 60% marks with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects. Students waiting for their final examinations results may also apply. Admission will be offered based on ranks obtained in Admission Test for IcfaiTech (ATIT).
M.Tech	Candidates must pass B.Tech in the relevant subject.
Ph.D	Candidates must pass M.Tech/ME/M.Sc/M.Phil with a minimum CGPA of 70% aggregate marks. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/M.Sc with an exceptionally good academic record are eligible for admission into Ph.D program in Engineering and Technology, subject to one of the following conditions: B.Tech. degree from IITs and NITs with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or its equivalent. B.Tech degree holder from a reputed R & D organization with a proven research record. B.Tech degree from other Universities with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or its equivalent and a valid GATE score. If candidates have done M.Sc degree from reputed institutes like IITs, NITs, IISc, ISI and Math Science with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or its equivalent then they are eligible. Admissions will be offered based on scores secured in the Research Aptitude Test (RAPT)/UGC/CSIR-JRF-NET /GATE.

IFHE FST Admissions purely depends on merit and entrance exam.

ATIT Exam:

Admission Test for IcfaiTech is an All India Admission Test conducted by this institute.
Candidates who need admission into the 4-year Integrated B.Tech program at this institute have to appear for this exam.
This exam is conducted on the following modes:
- Online Test: This is a computer-based format. The test is of 3 hours duration and is conducted in 2 sessions per day at about 100 cities all over India.
- Offline Test: It is a paper-based format. The test is of 3 hours duration and conducted only at IcfaiTech Campus, Hyderabad.
Both online and offline tests constitute objective type questions in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, English and logical reasoning in multiple choice format.
