Placements & Internships : Here I don't get any chance for internship. I haven't done one yet, actually. But here some students from the final year of the Bachelors degree get recruited by some MNCs such as TCS, but the percentage of the students getting recruited by these companies is very low as the rate of campus drive is too very much low. We get a good contact from the alumni association of the college. And the Alumni Association, here is very active and co-operative in the overall development of the institute.

Academics & Faculty : I'm a proud student of my college, Fakir Mohan Autonomous College, indeed! I really enjoy my time while at the college. The environment for study is outstanding here. Teachers are very co-operative and helping. Teaching quality is really so good here. I love spending time in this college.

Fees & Scholarships : I give a course fee of Rs. 500 for each of semester, so eventually I've to give around 1000-1500 INR per annum as my course fees. There are a number of scholarships for students available in my college, which are funded by State/Central Government only. Students here, do get their scholarship, but most of them are the students of the reservstion category. So, some poor students, but without any reservation, get no scholarship, although they are the needy, indeed. And talking about the loan, actually the courses offered here at my college at present, don't need any kind of loans for study.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are three hostels of this college, two for boys and another one for women. The hostel fee per month is around 1000 INR without messing. The mess charges are separate here. One has to pay around Rs. 20.00 for a single meal. The quality of classrooms is very good. But some of them, which are still in the old blocks since the British reign, have been kind of useless without proper maintainance. Labs and libraries are very fine with no complain. But we don't have the Wifi facility here, at all. And some other infrastructures such as the British Hall, Conference Hall, Seminar Hall etc. are indeed in a very good state.
