• The candidate should be a citizen of India.

• They should complete the age of 17 years on or before the time of Ganga Sheel School of Nursing, Bareilly admission 2024

• They must possess a minimum of 45% marks in their 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English conducted by a recognized Institute/ Board.

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing

The applicant has to pass in their GNM [General Nursing and Midwifery] course from a recognized Hospital authorized by Government of India.

Diploma

The student should pass his/ her 10+2 scheme/ CBSE/ I.Sc or any equivalent Examination with 45% marks in aggregate with PCB and English from a recognized Institute/ Board.

• The candidates can collect the application form from the Institute office directly.

• After collecting the form the candidate should fill the form in their own handwriting and sign in the given space provided.

• The duly filled form has to be submitted in the Institute office for verification.

• The applicant has to produce the following documents at the time of admission.

  • HSC Marksheet.

  • SSC Marksheet.

  • Entrance examination scorecard.

  • Caste Certificate.

  • Migration Certificate.

  • Transfer certificate.

  • Fitness certificate.
