Garware Institute of Career Education and Development Placements: This institute provides 100% placements to its students. GICED invites various National, multinational and local companies to visit the campus and engage with the students. The placement cell manages the entire recruitment process.
Recruitment Process:
The companies are needed to provide the details of recruitment methods such as screening test, group discussion, interview etc. They also disclose the number of rounds of group discussion and interview. On receiving the resumes from the students, the placement cell forwards it to the companies and encourages them to give pre-placement talks before starting the recruitment process. The candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance during the recruitment process.
