Entrance Exams & Admissions :
The eligibility criteria for admission to the college included class 12th marks and NATA exam score. A good score of combined 80% in 12th and NATA was an eligible score to get admission in the college. Typical cutoffs vary from college to college and one has to score well in NATA, mostly more than 80 out of 200 to get admission.
Placements & Internships :
I did my 6-month internship from a reputed private firm in Gurugram. I was able to get the job by presenting my academic work in the form of a portfolio to various companies. Most of the architectural colleges do not provide placements in this field and each individual gets a job through his/her portfolio.
Fees & Scholarships :
Our fees are 1,20,000 for the college tuition fees in addition to the hostel fees. Certain scholarship programmes were started initially to award merit students. Being a private institute, the fees are expensive and loans are easily available from various banks under the education loan category.
Academics & Faculty :
The timings of the college are 9-6 and the Director of the college is very strict about following the rules. The quality of education being provided is also excellent with courteous and knowledgeable faculty members. The overall experience has been a memorable experience.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
There are two hostels, one separate building allotted to the boys and one hostel right above the college building allotted to the girls and faculty. The meals are nice and the charges are included in the hostel fees. The classrooms have been provided with projectors and screens and promote e-learning in the college.
Clubs & Associations :
There are various student bodies to promote sports, arts, theatre, speaking skills, etc. Diwali, Holi, Teej, etc. are celebrated by organizing proper functions and DJ nights on the campus.
