Placement:-
The placement cell is established with the objective of introducing the pass outs with different placement possibilities. the cell recommends the bright pass outs to the private B.Ed colleges and private schools of high repute.The students with exclusive speaking and articulation skills are introduced to present urdu and english programmes around education,music and social issues in the radio station.These students are given opportunity to flourish under the umbrella of college security. The cell also arranges informal interactive meetings of the well adjusted Alumni with fresh passants . These teachers are guided and advised by the Alumni members who act as link between them and society for appropriate placement possibilities.
The Guidance and Counselling cell of the College was established in the year 2001. It is now a UGC sponsored cell. Since then it is rendering service to Students within the College and outside. Students are guided not only in selection of subjects but further studies , Job avenues , personal and Social problems.
Career counselling cell of the college has good collection of books on competitive exams, placement services and other allied information.
Moreover, the cell has also delivered programmes on career Counseling on T.V.
In the past the cell has organised workshops on stress management with MSF. Resource persons on this cell have attended workshops on career Counselling with human resources development New Delhi.
Counselling cell has a library of its own having books on Competitive  exams like IAS / KAS / NET / SET Business Management , Placement etc. Students are guided to make use of them. They are assisted as regards post graduation courses and research.
