The candidate must pass the 12th/Diploma from a recognized institute / university.
The candidate must have studied English, Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational subjects with minimum 50% marks.
The candidate must clear MHT CET or JEE exam.
Stepwise Application Process:
Step 1: The candidate has to visit the official website of the college.
Step 2: The candidate has to click on Application Form and take a printout of the same.
Step 3: The candidate has to fetch the application form from the Official website and fill the following:
The candidate has to fill in his/her personal information.
The candidate has to fill in details about his/her educational background.
The candidate has to fill in details about the preferred course, etc.
Step 4: Candidates can obtain the brochure and can also register themselves through the online application process from the official website.
For online registration, the candidate should log into the official website and click on MHT CET Registration link.
Upon successfully entering the personal information, contact info and educational details on the link, the candidate will receive an email confirming the registration.
Next, the candidate should upload his/her scanned photograph and signature in jpeg format only.
Then, he/she should download the generated Bank challan and submit the prescribed fees through it at any branch of State Bank of India after 48 hours of registration.
The candidate should login after 24 hours of making the payment for confirming payment details in their profile.
The candidate should generate the Registration Confirmation Page and save it for future references.
Application fee is Rs. 800/- for (open category) and Rs. 600/- for (reserved category).
Selection of the candidate is done on the basis of their performance in MHT CET / JEE exam.
Once the candidates successfully complete the process of taking up the entrance exam, they have to go through the concerned admission counseling process to avail themselves a seat in the institution based on their performance at the entrance tests and the marks scored in the concerned qualifying exams.
At the Counseling process, once the candidates get themselves a seat in a course, they are expected to lock in the seat and report back to the institution with the proof of seat allocation by the counseling board.
Candidates are also expected to get all the necessary documents required by the institution.
The Candidate must be a graduate in B.E/B.Tech from State Governments / MHRD / AICTE approved institutions.
They must have passed their qualifying degree with a minimum of 50% in aggregate.
Candidates must have a positive GATE score in their respective disciplines.

70% seats are reserved for the students of the Government College of Engineering.
