Holkar Science College is officially a Government Model Autonomous Holkar Science College which is also called as Holkar College. It is an educational institute in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This college was established on 10 June 1891 by Maharajadhiraja Raj Rajeshwar Sawai Shri Sir Shivaji Rao Holkar Bahadur XII, who is the ruler of Indore belonging to the Holkar dynasty of the Marathas.
In 1985, the Government Holkar Science College, Indore was awarded as Model College by the state Government of Madhya Pradesh and became an autonomous college.
