Auditorium: The college has an air-conditioned auditorium and can accommodate 500 people.
Postal Service: All postal services are accessible at the neighbouring East Kolkata Township PO. Furthermore, there is an agreement with DTDC that allows members of the faculty, staff, and students to use courier services.
Classrooms: The Heritage Institute of Technology has classrooms with an overhead projector and a modern magnetic ceramic board. Special classes might be held in separate tutorial rooms. LCD projectors with white screens are installed in model classrooms.

ISRO and WBUT have also installed a Satellite Interactive Terminal (SIT) with video conferencing capabilities.
Library: Heritage Institute of Technology library has a massive collection of 58263 books and reference books on several subjects. It has subscribed to magazines, journals, periodicals, and national dailies. The library has partnered with British Council Library and American Library for students, staff, and faculty members.
Games and Sports: Outdoor games and sports such as cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, golf, and swimming are well-served by a sports officer and a swimming instructor.
Bank: Heritage Institute of Technology campus has a Punjab National Bank and ATM for the convenience of students and employees. It also offers various soft loans.
Medical Assistance: There is a medical unit and arrangements with nearby hospitals.
Fire Fighting: Each floor of the institute building has specialised plumbing and fire fighting cylinders, as required by the West Bengal Fire Fighting Services Act.
Generator and Electric Substation: The Heritage Institute of Technology campus area has its electric substation, including two transformers (750 and 630 kVA) and two gensets (375 and 380 kVA). These are kept in accordance with the CESC's guidelines.
Transportation: Based on student demand, two-way transportation is given at specified hours from key sites in Kolkata. The Traffic Island near Ruby General Hospital provides transportation for members of the professors, staff, and guests.
Cafeteria: Heritage Institute of Technology facilities include a fantastic cafeteria with more than 200 people seating. It has a well-designed, sanitary kitchen managed by a reputable caterer. In the cafeteria, multi-cuisine lunches and snacks are available. There is also a fast-food restaurant that doubles as a convenience shop.
Common Rooms: The institute features separate common rooms for males and girls, featuring indoor games such as table tennis, carrom, and chess.
