IIT Roorkee MBA Eligibility Criteria

IIT Roorkee MBA eligibility requirements include a minimum graduation degree of 60% (55% for students of SC and ST categories) and valid CAT or GMAT scores (for international students). 

Students in their last year may also apply. If selected, these applicants will be admitted on a provisional basis as long as they meet all requirements by the deadline and earn a minimum percentage and CGPA (or its equivalent) for the qualifying degree. The percentage will be taken into account when total marks or CGPA from qualifying degree exams have been granted.

IIT Roorkee MBA Fees

IIT Roorkee MBA fees remain the same for all the specializations. The average tuition fee for the MBA course is INR 4 Lakhs. Other variables of fees, such as admission fees, hostel charges, and other charges, are not included. 

IIT Roorkee MBA Admission

For admission to the MBA program from the Department of Management Studies at IIT Roorkee, students are required to take the CAT/ GMAT exam and interview.

Based on their performance in the CAT 2023, a preliminary shortlist of candidates will be created to issue invitation letters for interviews. Work experience is not compulsory for admission but is preferred. 

IIT graduates qualified for JEE or JEE (Adv.) with CGPAs of 7 or higher on a 10-point scale will not need to take the computerized test (CAT) and will be contacted immediately for a personal interview.

A standard merit list will be created based on the selection criteria results to release the offer letters. The candidates who made the shortlist will receive email invitations to interviews. The Institute's website will also have access to this data.
