ILAM- SAM Global University has a separate placement cell that is responsible for inviting companies to visit the institute for recruitments. All students get 100% placement assurance through the placement cell. Companies willing to recruit contact the placement officer of the Institute. The Institute then shares the relevant details of their final year students and the process of placements starts.

Companies are invited to the ILAM campus by the Placement Cell/ the companies can contact ILAM’s Placement cell for their requirements. After that, the details of the final year students opting for placement will be shared with the companies by ILAM’s Placement Cell. The companies have an option to go for campus recruitment to any of the campuses. Below is the placement process followed by the companies visiting ILAM's campus.

• The company is assigned a convenient date.
• After confirmation, a pre-placement talk is arranged on the date.
• The company conducts tests and/or group discussions to shortlist the interested students.
• Shortlisted students are then interviewed for final selection by the company

ILAM- SAM Global University Internships

The students get various opportunities for training sessions and industrial visits in the fields of design, aviation, banking, automobiles, logistics, and many more. The Institute is the first one to conduct 3 weeks of Pre-Placement-Preparation [PPP] which includes developing communication skills, interview preparation, personality enhancement, and many more. It is mandatory for the students to undergo a 6-month long internship program at the end of the final year.
