IRMA Anand infrastructure offers modern amenities for a better learning experience. The institute has lecture halls, seminar rooms, libraries, auditoriums, executive training and development centres (ETDC), student hostels, and student activity centres (SAC).

Hostel

• IRMA Anand Hostel comprises a 15-block complex with 494 rooms, offering well-furnished single occupancy rooms. The hostel has a mix of students from both batches of the management program, providing great opportunities for social interaction.
• The hostel elects a student body to supervise the management of the IRMA Anand hostel.
• Institute of Rural Management Anand offers accommodation to PGDM (rural management) students.
• Participants in the Fellow Program in Management (Rural Management) - FPM(RM) - can choose to stay in staff quarters or IRMA Anand hostels. 
• The IRMA Anand facility includes access to LAN network connectivity, network printers, and high-speed Wi-Fi on the premises.
• IRMA Anand students pursuing a PGDM program (15 months) are offered accommodation in the modern housing complex. The complex comprises sixty studio apartments with double beds, a kitchenette with purified water, and a recreational common area.

Classrooms

• IRMA Anand infrastructure features classrooms with the required amenities, including an air-conditioner and modern technology. 
• The college focuses on a quality learning environment. The classrooms have a projector, microphones, and other audio-visual aids to enhance the learning experience.

Library

• The Ravi J. Matthai Library at IRMA is named after Prof. Ravi J. Matthai, one of the institute's founders, and was opened on March 22, 1986, by the late Shri Rajiv Gandhi, India's prime minister.
• IRMA Anand Library is one of the largest and most useful libraries in the nation for rural management.
• To address the information needs of the professors and participants, the IRMA Anand Library has developed a collection based on needs.
• 49000 Books, 122 journals, back issues, project reports, microfilms, microfiche, videocassettes, maps, compact discs, 13593+ e-books, and documents from the state, national, and international levels are available in the library.
• To utilise the resources at its disposal effectively and efficiently, the Institute of Rural Management Anand has created a system for retrieving and disseminating information.
• The KOHA program has automated the library services that help in various tasks, like searching, reporting, and circulation.
• The IRMA Anand library, connected to a campus-wide computer network, makes information easily accessible to staff, students, and researchers via the intranet, which KOHA Web-OPAC runs.
• IRMA Anand infrastructure offers various services, including photocopying, interlibrary loans, internet access, and reference.
• It has subscribed to 16196+ e-journals, such as ABI-Inform, EBSCO, JSTOR, CMIE databases, Indiastat.com, a database of socio-economic statistics data, EPW & EPWRF, Sage e-journals, etc. 
• Additionally, the IRMA Anand library has a DELNET subscription, providing access to a useful tool for teaching and research.

Auditorium

• IRMA Anand infrastructure features an auditorium that accommodates around 400 people.
• The cultural student body and the IRMA Anand Staff Club organise various cultural initiatives, entertainment, and sports events.

Computer Centre

• IRMA Anand infrastructure has a computer centre with an intranet that offers online services for efficient academic function administration. 
• The computer centre oversees 1000+ hosts across three sub-networks for faculty, staff, students, and employee-residence.
• Through its 450 Mbps radio link, IRMA receives uninterruptible internet connectivity from BSNL and VSNL.
• The network technology offers print, file, and postal services on the IRMA Anand campus.  
• Wi-Fi access is provided in the academic building, administration building, classrooms, student hostels and executive training and development centre (ETDC).
• IRMA Anand facilities include software statistical tools like SPSS, E-Views, and LISREL. 
• Three laboratories are set up in geospatial systems (using ArcGIS software) and business computing for students, researchers, and funded program participants. 

Canteen: IRMA Anand canteen offers hygienic and nutritious food to students. 

Cafeteria: IRMA Anand infrastructure has an AMUL cafeteria for students and staff.

Medical Facility

• IRMA Anand infrastructure has a dispensary with a full-time nurse for emergencies.
• On days other than Sundays, a qualified general physician makes daily visits. A gynaecologist visits every week.
• A qualified wellness advisor is present to address students about their well-being throughout the week at the wellness centre.
