IRMA Anand Placement 2023: Highest & Average Salary Package, Top Companies

IRMA Anand placement 2023 has successfully been concluded for the 42nd batch (2021-23) of its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management).  According to the official website, IRMA Anand highest package was INR 26.5 LPA whereas IRMA Anand average package was INR 15.5 LPA. A total of 49 companies from different sectors participated in this placement drive and made 399 job offers.

The IRMA Anand placement drive 2023 concluded with a 100 percent placement. 36 PPOs were rolled out to the students. A total of 242 students participated in the placement drive. The Summer Internship Segment (SIS) spans nine weeks, running from June to August following the completion of Term-III in the PGDM(RM) program. It serves as a valuable opportunity for students to collaborate closely with seasoned management experts in organizations spanning various sectors. During this period, students acquire practical skills and gain a tangible understanding of the managerial responsibilities within rural organizations and development initiatives.

Moreover, it provides a platform for applying and appreciating the theories, tools, and techniques learned both in the classroom and during the Village Fieldwork Segment (VFS). Essentially, SIS serves as a preview of the challenges and experiences that await students in their roles as professional managers, and it also serves as a gateway for securing pre-placement offers.
