Internship opportunities:
Research Interns from any legal jurisdiction will have a unique opportunity to conduct research in one or two of the ten research centres at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS). They may also be invited to assist JGLS in its publication and administrative activities and help shape the direction of India’s global university.
Internship period:
JGLS accepts applications for GRIP throughout the year. During the academic year, internships will cover a period of 4-6 weeks. During the summer months, internships may be of longer duration.
All research internships are being offered for placement at the JGLS Campus in Sonipat, Haryana, in the National Capital Region of Delhi. Optional on-campus accommodation can be provided, along with a nominal stipend. Transportation to and from Delhi will be provided via the university buses. A shared workspace, including computer and printing facilities, will be provided to all interns.
Internship qualifications:
JGLS is seeking applications from undergraduate and postgraduate law students with interests in law scholarship, teaching and research. Preference is given to applicants who are in the later stages of their legal degrees (i.e. 3-5 year in India, 2-3 year in J.D. programmes). Overseas applicants are encouraged to seek alternate sources of funding for airfare and travel costs.
