Library

The college maintains a resourceful and well equipped library with computer and internet facilities. Students have access to the library on every working day from 8.30 A.M to 4.30 PM. Every student is entitled to borrow books from the library against their home-card and reading card. 
The Library also has a well-furnished and spacious reading room. Each stude4nt supposed to strictly maintain rules and regulations of the library.

Hostel

The college maintains Boy's Hostel and Girls Hostel in the college campus. A male student intending to reside in the college hostel will have to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Hostel. A Hostel Super supervises the hostel activities of the college.

N.C.C.

Students, both boys and girls are encouraged to join National Cadet corps under 54 Battalion. There are three units in the college two for boys and one for girls. The certificates provided to N.C.C. cadets are useful as records of their extracurricular activities.

YOGA

N.S.S.

Besides the N.C.C., there are also two units of National Service Scheme functioning in the College with utmost importance. Both boys and girls who participate in N.S.S. are provided with certificates which enable them to develop their careers.

N.B.: Students both boys and girls are advised to participate either in NCC or NSS for their future job opportunity.

Common Room:

Provision has been made for the Boys and Girls Common Rooms separately in spacious and well-furnished halls fitted up with water work installation. Students have access to newspapers and periodicals. Facilities have also been provided in the common rooms for various indoor games such as table tennis, carrom etc.

Bicycle Stand / Two Wheeler Stand: Every student or guardian must keep his/her Bicycle/Scooter/Moped in the Students Cycle Stand on payment of a nominal charge. Keeping of Bicycle/Two wheeler in any place other than the Bicycle stand of the College is strictly prohibited.

Cheap Store:

A cheap store for the college students has been set up in the college campus recently. Students may purchase various types of papers, exercise books and other stationery goods related to their academic purpose from this cheap store at an attractive and concessional rate.

Xerox Centre:

A xerox machine has been installed recently in the xerox centre of the college. A student may avail of the service of xeroxing at a concessional rate of 40 paisa per page from the centre. Passport size photographs may also be prepared at this centre by the payment of Rs. 20/- for eight copies of such photographs. These facilities are available only to the students and staff of the college.

Co-curricular Activities:

Attention is paid to the healthy co-curricular activities which are mainly carried on in co-operation with the Students Union. They include debates, essay competitions, educational tours, social and various other cultural functions and sports and games. The College has its own teams for Foot-ball, Cricket and Volley-Ball and there is also arrangement for physical training under a trained Physical Instructress. Winners in the Annual Sports are awarded prizes and certificates.

Students Union:

Students Union is a students' body democratically elected as per statue of the University of Burdwan to look after various kinds of problems of the students in the college. The students union also undertakes various welfare measures for the weaker students. The Students Union also publishes the college magazine and organizes national festivals, social and cultural programs. It also maintains a Text Book Bank.
