Burdwan University, popularly known as the University of Burdwan, established in 1960 is a UGC-accredited university with an 'A' grade from NAAC. The institute has been ranked 5 by EduRank in West Bengal. The university's four academic sites and 166 affiliated colleges offer nearly 100 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. Burdwan University Admission 2022-23 is ongoing. Burdwan University has multiple admission procedures for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programmes. Except for B.Tech., candidates for UG programmes are chosen entirely on merit. Furthermore, the institution holds an entrance examination for admission to PG courses such as M.A. and M.Sc.
